Neir’s Tavern Ambassadors Club Honors Four Female Healthcare Heroes for Women’s History Month

Honorees receive a complimentary meal and drink (or they may donate it to someone in need) and spotlighted to Neir’s 20,000+ audience across social media and email

Woodhaven, Queens, NY — March 4th 2026 — In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Neir’s Tavern Ambassadors Club is honoring four female healthcare heroes for their leadership, service, and impact in Queens and beyond. Each honoree will receive a complimentary meal and drink at Historic Neir’s Tavern, redeemable in March or April—or, if they are unable to attend, they may donate the meal and drink to a person in need.

Each honoree will be featured across Neir’s Tavern’s social media and newsletter, reaching more than 20,000 people across Neir’s combined audience.

“Women’s History Month is an opportunity to celebrate the people who show up for others every day,” said Loycent Gordon, owner of Historic Neir’s Tavern. “Our Ambassadors Club exists to turn community support into action. These four women represent the best of healthcare—service, leadership, and community—so we’re putting their names and stories in the spotlight.”

“This project is personal for me,” said Liam Castro, a Neir’s Tavern Ambassador and the project lead. “My wife is in healthcare, and I wanted to honor her and other women who give so much to our community. We’re celebrating them publicly—and inviting the community to support them in return.”
